STUDIO POLICY

Ceramics is a fun and educational activity, but because many factors are involved, we cannot guarantee that your piece will come back exactly as you left it. We do our utmost to take good care of your work, but clay is very fragile. It can break, crack, explode in the kiln, or the glaze may turn out differently than expected.

By booking a class or workshop at 32 | The Creative Studio, you accept this as part of the creative learning process. You understand that we do not offer refunds, studio credit, or replacement pieces if work does not survive the process.

You are signing up for a creative experience: an opportunity to learn, experiment, and become part of our creative community.


STORAGE & PICK-UP POLICY

Due to limited storage space, we keep finished work for a maximum of 8 weeks after you have been notified that it is ready for collection.

Within this period, you may collect your work during our opening hours.

After these 8 weeks:

  • Unfortunately, we can no longer store your work
  • Collection will no longer be possible


BOOKING & PAYMENT POLICY

To ensure everything runs smoothly, we have a few simple rules regarding bookings and payments.

Bookings and payments
  • Once you book and pay for a session online, your booking is final.
  • Because we reserve and prepare this time especially for you, all booking fees are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued.
Can’t make it?

We understand that sometimes plans change. That’s why we offer the following options:

  • Rescheduling your appointment: Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule your session to another time. Unfortunately, this is no longer possible after 48 hours.
  • Transfer booking: You can always give your reservation to someone else. Please send us a message with that person's name at least 24 hours in advance so we can make the adjustment.
  • Special circumstances: In exceptional cases, you can contact the studio. We will then see if something is possible. Please note: this is always an exception and not a guarantee.
Legal explanation

By completing your online booking and payment, you agree to these terms. You confirm that the booking fees are final and that the right of withdrawal is waived. This helps us ensure the continuity of the studio.
