STUDIO POLICY

Pottery is a rewarding craft; however, because there are so many variables, we cannot guarantee that your piece will return to you exactly as you left it. We do our very best to care for your work after you leave, but pottery is extremely fragile. It can break, crack, explode, or the glaze may run or drip unexpectedly.

By booking a class at 32 | The Creative Studio, you acknowledge and accept this as part of the learning process. You understand that we do not refund, credit, or replace any pottery that does not make it through the process. You are signing up for an experience, an opportunity to learn and to be part of our creative community.

For reservations of more than 8 people, a deposit will be required. 

Storage & Pickup Policy

Due to limited storage space, we keep finished pottery for a maximum of 8 weeks after you have received a message from us that it is ready. During this period, your work can be collected during our opening hours.

After these 8 weeks

We are unfortunately unable to store your work any longer.

Collection is no longer possible.
